The overmolded bearing allows to combine a high stiffness and a high mechanical/impact resistance also reducing friction and thus guaranteeing excellent performance and ease of rolling. Both types of rollers are also provided with a bearing cover protection which is able to block the powder and of a centering bush, in order to enable a precise alignment of the rollers and consequently giving a high precision in the guidance of the packages. The conical roller version allows to drive the packages avoiding the contact between the roller and the upper surface of the product: this type of solution is extremely useful at the entrance of the digital printing machines along the production lines of ceramic tiles or wherever it is necessary to safeguard the upper surface of the product. All roller types are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), 92 Shore A hardness, with a maximum working temperature of 70 ° C. In order to increase the flexibility of our rollers, 3 different anodized aluminum profiles  are available (single grip / reinforced grip / 3 grips).
