Manual band saw machine to cut medium sized profiles and solid materials from 0° to 60° right. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminum alloy, steel and cast iron. Gravitational head descent system. Dynamometric blade tensioning and breaking blade micro. Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Standard: 2-speed blade rotation: 35 m/min or 70 m/min (Option: Inverter VHZ for a wide range of speed selection 16÷100 m/min). Front head descent adjustment valve. Motor wheel fixing to a flange group with exact opposite conical bearings. Adjustable blade guides with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Blade cleaning idle brush easy to be adjusted and handy. Material clamping vice with manual positioning and equipped with a fast clamping system. Ergonomic positioned panel controls. Head rotation angle stop at 0°,45° and 60°. Graduated scale for angle degrees measuring and heavy-duty locking lever. Loading side support roller with two-position very resistant stand. Millimetric reference length stop with heavy-duty stop for cutting length measuring system, 0÷600 mm. Rugged in construction basement made of metal sheets of different thickness, chips holding sides and front door with key lock. 40 liters coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the basement. Refrigeration electric pump, with taps on both blade guides. 24 VAV auxiliary tension electric cabinet, with main switch and electric drives. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit. Current protection level IP 55. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (available 230V/50Hz/1ph – 230V/50Hz/3 – 220V/60Hz/3ph – 440V/60Hz / 3ph).
