The Omega series is manufactured by FBM, and is an semi-automatic band-saw machine that is appropriate for cutting of 0° up to 60° right and 45° left, which has a head structure in aluminium casting alloy. It also has a blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. There is a head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and descent adjustment by flow valve placed in front position. It also has a blade cleaning brush incorporated in the head protection cover, which has a dynamo-metric blade tension. The unit has a power rating of 1.77 hp or 1.3 kW, which has overall dimensions of 0.9 x 1.5 x 1.6 m. It also has an IP55 class rating, which is available in yellow similar to RAL 1018 and grey similar to RAL 7036.
