Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. Sensor for recognition of the head starting position. Robust blade guide housing so structured: vertical staggered bearings for a first straightening, 2+2 carbide plates (19,5x19,5 mm) of containement and a bearing placed on the back of the blade to contrast the cutting stress (this considerably increases the duration of the blade compared to a creeping contrast). These characteristics allow a very high vertical precision in cutting. Material clamping vice with manual positioning equipped with hydraulic cylinder. Workpiece clamping on both sides of the blade. Cutting vice plate and carriage vice equipped with replaceable hardened pins to protect the material supporting surface. Ergonomic work top and control panel.
