The FMT battering machine (FBAM) coats products with liquid batter before breading. The built in pump processes all kinds of liquids with differing viscosity. The machine creates constant temperature and liquid composition (i.e. batter with small particals). Pump speed or flow rate can be easily adjusted. The built in blower removes excess coating from the upper and lower side of the product. The frequency drive enables continuous adjustment of belt speed. Therefore: the FMT battering machine gives you control over all critical aspects of the battering process. For rapid maintenance and cleaning the machine can be easily (dis)assembled.
