Hot melt 4kg melter for manual applications in both versions: piston and gear pump. Equipped with a weekly program timer for the daily start up and shutdown of the system. Individual readout and control of all heated channels (tank and two hose-gun pairs). Warning alarms for overheating and temperature sensor breakdown of every heated element. Their reduced weight and excellent handling abrasion qualities allow for prolonged work with minimal effort. The external reinforced cover of the hose offers a high level of protection against damage and wastage. Meler handguns are robust and reliable mechanical components that guarantee a high level of precision and uniformity in the application of adhesive. They are easy to operate, lightweight and versatile due to their 360º angle rotation (see Meler handgun brochures). Uniform heat is maintained throughout the system from tank to gun nozzle. A safety catch prevents the trigger from being accidentally operated. The swirl hand gun can be used to apply a spiral of adhesive on to any surface. They also increase the area glued while considerably reducing adhesive consumption. The complete manual system is supplied with an air regulator set.
