Hot-melt applicator Raptor Edge

Raptor Edge is a lip applicator designed to prevent cross-linking of PUR adhesives. It has a compact motorisation system and various configuration possibilities for an easy integration into any edge banding line: – Location of the applicator on the left (L) or on the right(R). – The position of the module: located in an upright position (V) or inclined (I). – The desired lamination width: 0 – 60mm, 0 – 100mm. MOTION is the touchscreen controller that comes with the Raptor Edge applicator. It is so compact that it can be installed anywhere on the machine and, thanks to its touchscreen, it can be used to make a real time lamination width control and display. Motion is capable of controlling up to two applicators simultaneously.
