Hot-melt swirl adhesive application head ECA, ECAI series

The ECA or ECAI series is a line of swirl hot-melt adhesive guns that are manufactured by Meler. Models of the series are designed with several modules, and are supplied with air heating capabilities. With the use of this series (ECA version, common control/ECAI version, independent control), it is attainable to manage all the modules either intermittently, or independently. These guns employ the adhesive strips in spiral pattern, wide-controlled. These strips decrease the quantity of adhesive regarding the similar bead application. Their modular structure enable a broad variety of customer solutions with short delivery times. They are suitable for use for particular manufacturing products and instant delivery for standard products in stock. A selection of connections and temperature sensors are available to adapt the guns to other brands of melting units.
