The VP-200 automatic pressure regulator permits the automatic control of the working air pressure of the meler piston pump melting units. Hence, when the main machine transforms its speed, it is possible to ensure the same requisition example, adjusting the flow stream. When the line speed accelerate and decelerate meler pattern control system gives an electric signal from 0-10 Vdc to the VP-200 pressure regulator, allowing it to change the air pressure to the Hot-Melt Applicator Unit and making the adjustments of the requisition adhesive stream. The machine has a 5 m filter that disinfect the air of particles and humidity.
