Meler multiline nozzles are fixed nozzles designed for bead application in sift-resistant systems. They are available in a range of shapes and configurations.
The standard range includes three basic versions - BMV or vertical multiline nozzles, BMH or horizontal multiline nozzles, and BMV-20° or 20° vertical multiline nozzles. In vertical nozzles, the application beam is in the direction of injection module. In 20° vertical nozzles, the application beam is positioned at 20° from the direction of injection module. In horizontal nozzles, the application beam is at 90° from the direction of injection module.
The classification of nozzle versions is done on the basis of output diameter and available number of outputs with a maximum limit of 6. The nozzle inserts are made with special material and adhere to rigid tolerances for inside diameter. This ensures increased service life. All nozzles have received a special treatment resulting in high corrosion, sticking and wearing resistance.
