Meler has created the Roller Coater series for hot melt thermoplastic adhesives and PUR/POR adhesives, with independent temperature control devices on each element, i.e., both the application roller and the two scrapers have their own temperature control device. In addition, the unit can be fully adapted to any application thanks to the three rolling widths: 350/600/1050mm. The Roller Coater has a robust design and a steel structure that guarantees the absence of vibrations on the assembly. The tank features a sealed tank lid and a dry air injection system that maintains the adhesive in optimum working conditions.
