FRAME
Rectangular in shape produced by a single cast with a height of mm 110 provides a stable and pose safety in traffic. Outside there are the slots and holes for better anchoring and optimize the cement mortar.
It comes flat and rectangular dimension mm 846×333, with rectangular slots. The structure is very heavy to withstand high loads over the 90 tons, gratings are inserted into the frame in a modular way with bottom deck so as to obtain different lengths. Grating has four slots for the insertion of steel screws M12 for locking the same to the frame.
STANDARD EN 124 CLASSIFICATIONS AND PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT
Manhole covers, gullies and gratings can be distinguished into the following classes: A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 ed F900.
Group 6 (Class F900 minimum) areas subject to particularly high loads , e.g air port runways.
THE APPROPRIATE LOADING CLASS CHOICE IS UP TO THE WORKS DIRECTOR. IN CASE OK DOUBT (SUCH AS PARTICULARLY INTENSE TRAFFIC OR VERY HIGH LOADS AREA), IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO CHOOSE A SUPERIOR LOADING CLASS.
