FRAME It is square in shape with circular net opening, the supporting surface of the cover is rectified to obtain stability and absence of rocking and noise. The outside border is flanged in order to optimise its hold in the cement and the insertion of the anchoring bolts. COVER Circular in shape, it is hinged to the frame, the maximum opening is 110°, and at 90° it assumes the automatic safety blocking position, it can be removed without disassembling the hinge. A high level of stability is guaranteed by turning process, self-centring guides, and an EPDM gasket of 300 mm width, inserted in the cover, so that to guarantee a good and long performance in the years. The blocking if the frame is obtained through an elastic bar inside the cover and the opening can be performed with standard building clays. The upper surface is designed to be non-skid to allow the complete flow of water and avoid the creation of ice. STANDARD EN 124 CLASSIFICATIONS AND PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT Manhole covers, gullies and gratings can be distinguished into the following classes: A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 ed F900. Group 5 (Class E600 minimum): areas subject to high loads, e.g. ports and airports.. THE APPROPRIATE LOADING CLASS CHOICE IS UP TO THE WORKS DIRECTOR. IN CASE OK DOUBT (SUCH AS PARTICULARLY INTENSE TRAFFIC OR VERY HIGH LOADS AREA), IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO CHOOSE A SUPERIOR LOADING CLASS.
