The machine features a blade set cutting both the x and y axis slices in each blade drop, improving the efficiency and reducing the overall cycle time. The machine can be designed to cut sheets on a product holder or in a box or pan. Custom holders and blades are quickly changed so that multiple types of products can be sliced per run.
