This crumb pressing machine is designed to press and pack crumbs into the bottom of a half sheet pan quickly and with consistent pressure. The machine can hold 2 quarter sheet pans or 1 half sheet pan per cycle and can be outfitted to work with custom pan sizes. It is designed to reduce the labor cost and improve product quality by producing consistent results, no matter who is operating the machine.
