Description
The test device SubCASE® measures the pot life and the curing of Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers (C.A.S.E.). SubCASE® HT is specially designed for testing polyurethane formulations (PU), epoxy resins (EP) and polyester resins (UP). The device combines dielectric polarisation measurement and temperature measurement of reactive test samples. The dielectric polarisation reveals the electro-chemical process during compound formation and cross-linking. From this conclusions can be drawn regarding the pot life and the curing behaviour of the material.
