The FORMECO concentration units allow the recovery and reuse of the polluted water utilised for cleaning and rinsing, in different application fields. Through a simple distillation process, they separate the contaminants (normally paint, but also resins, pigments, inks and oils, depending on the application field) from the water, which is recovered in a separate tank for its reuse. The boiling of the water is accomplished by a peripheral heating jacket filled with diathermic oil, heated by an electrical element. The vapours are then conveyed to a condenser and, once condensed, it is ready to be reused.
This technology, which requires an extremely reduced investment, is widely used for the recycling of solvents and thinners and it can also be successfully used for water treatment when the daily quantities are not so big or when a high concentrated residue is requested.
