Description
Forsfood wedge machine is a semi-automatic machine and is manufactured to split vegetables. It can cut into sections e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, apples and beets. It is possible to set manually two products to the machine, at a time. Then the machine automatically segments the products. The machine is an air-function and an electrically controlled. Wedge-100S tools are quick-release system and therefore quickly and easily removed for washing and cleaning. Wedge machine´s blade sets are available in 4, 6 and 8 block. In addition, six block blade is available in a special type for remove of the central spindle about the apple. Products maximum diameter is 90 mm. Ask also blades for slicing.
