Our patented T-slot rail system and innovative clamping elements make it possible to position assemblies safely and efficiently. Benefit from time savings of up to 85% when clamping assemblies with accurate dimensions and angles. The rails can be removed individually to open the table surface. This means that even bulky welding assemblies can be clamped conveniently. FÖRSTER 3D welding tables are equipped with heavy-duty rails made of weld-spatter resistant special cast iron (GG) or with non-ferritic rails (Al/Cu). Point loads up to 1.5 t, area loads up to 3.0 t as well as a surface evenness of +/- 0.05 mm characterize our welding tables. Both the stationary version with four adjustable feet and the mobile version with three-braked heavy-duty wheels and two adjustable feet allow a torsion-resistant set-up on uneven floors.
