The CGS series of optocoupler flow sensors use the infrared sensing principle of optocouplers. When water passes through the impeller, the impeller rotates and the speed changes linearly with the flow rate. The blades of the impeller cut off the infrared emission and reception of the optocoupler sensor and output corresponding pulse signals. It is fed back to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller controls the size of the water flow.
FEATURES:
1. High-sensitivity light sensing element; the flow accuracy within 1L can reach ±2%, and the flow accuracy within 1-3L can reach ±4%.
2. Small size, greatly saving installation space,
3. The materials have food grade certification, which can be used in different scenarios.
4. It can be adjusted and installed at multiple angles.
APPLICATION:
Smart toilets, coffee machines, water dispensers, water purifiers, automatic beverage sales prices and other scenarios that require liquid quantitative transmission and quantitative control.
