Dies and Moulds :The ceramic mould (Ceramic die )include: Upper magnetic plate, upper punch, lower punch, die box, liners , lower magnetic block, support column, ejector plate, base plate, heating system. Punch: Relief punch , Punch with Monogram, Plain Punch,Isostatic punch.Normally our punches can work more than 300,000 times .The lifetime of the punches are 1.5 times than the traditional ones. All the welding alloy for the punches are imported from Germany . The price of the welding alloy electrode for the punches are ten times higher than the traditional ones. Liner: Alloy liners ( P20+Alloy ), Liner single cover with tungsten carbide inserted. Our liner can working for more than two million stokes . Our liner has a very very long lifetime .
