Description
The BRIN400B features the Foundrax type B non-optical closed loop Brinell test head to give a production line Brinell hardness tester with the capacity to work in scales from HBW 2.5/62.5 to HBW 10/3000.
The user can set the dwell time during commissioning or as required after which the test cycle is automatic with no further adjustment needed.
As with the BRIN400D, the test force is monitored and adjusted 125 times per second via a specially built load cell specifically designed for use in Brinell hardness testing and the test forces are applied using a high quality Servo motor and Servo Drive giving full torque at no speed.
Using the BRIN400 series is simple and easy and requires only the minimum of training.
Maintenance is minimal and can easily be carried out by competent trained personnel. Foundrax are happy to supply the necessary training and support to ensure many years of trouble free Brinell hardness testing.
