Description

DINOSTAR is a vertival gantry milling machine, suitable for large parts machining. The optimization of the structures, obtained through the most advanced FEM analysis tools and the use of the latest generation transmission systems combine the needs of high productivity with those of flexibility and precision. The automatic change of the heads is possible guaranteeing, without compromise, the maximum flexibility of use and the best performances in both roughing and finishing. According to the FPT philosophy, the control of thermal drift is managed both through the thermostabilization of the internal heat sources, and according to a thermo-symmetrical model, allowing to follow the temperature variations of the piece in a synchronous way. The DINOSTAR product can be customized with a wide range of options and solutions, which allow it to respond to the most specific requests for use in the sectors of machining components of the energy industry, in high-precision machining and in the machining of complex parts.
