The AP Max unit heater is innovative because it uses polypropylene for the construction of its supporting structure. The technical choice of this material and the cataphoresis painting treatment of the heat exchanger make AP Max suitable for use in any environment. They are in fact resistant to corrosion and acids and are easy to sanitize and dispose of. They are an ecological solution, especially indicated in rooms where it is necessary to raise the temperature with hot water available from the process or from a central heating plant. FIELDS OF APPLICATION AP Max is used in the industrial sector in rooms where it is necessary to raise the temperature with hot water from the process or from a central heating plant. In the zootechnical sector it can be used in poultry or pig farms, while in agriculture it is used for heating greenhouses and mushroom farms. MAIN FEATURES The structure is made of polypropylene: an ecological, hygienic, lightweight and resistant material. The exchanger, consisting of copper tubes and aluminum fins with increased pitch and thickness, is easy to extract and clean. The cataphoresis painting of the heat exchange coil ensures durability and protection against chemical agents. The fans are axial, 6-pole, single-phase or three-phase, with pre-wired condenser, protection degree IP 54. Maintenance and cleaning of the machine are made easy thanks to the stainless steel hinges that allow the machine to be opened for quick and easy inspection.
