The Delumper® Triple LP crusher processes massive quantities of lumps or agglomerates with a powerful triple-shaft crushing mechanism. This mighty crusher reduces dry, sticky, caked or wet solids to a desired output size without overworking, churning, or heating the material. They are specifically designed for large throat openings, heavy process materials and large scale applications such as mining and minerals processing. These crushers feature individually replaceable, bidirectional cutter teeth carefully stacked, balanced and arranged for optimal feeding on two shafts. The teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating creating a low friction, self-clearing crushing action. The Triple LP features extremely heavy construction with 4 inch drive shafts, heavy-duty flange bearings and hardened alloy cutters. DELUMPER-LP-HD crusherss are provided standard with heavy-duty direct gear drives. These crushers are available with a variety of optional configurations including mechanical seal or packing seals, hardfaced cutters and sizing screens. These units are available in a choice of carbon steel, T304 Stainless Steel and T316 Stainless Steel construction.
