Bag dump station with shredder Delumper®

The DELUMPER Crusher, with a tipper/unloader, comprises a unique bag dump station designed for safe and easy unloading of bags and conditioning of the caked contents. This unit cuts manpower, time and clean-up as it effectively unloads multiple bags of agglomerated materials and conditions and deagglomerates the contents. With the tipper/unloader it’s easy to unload even heavily caked bags of materials. The bag is placed on the unit’s tray and connected by means of quick connect clamps. The operator simply cuts the bag open on one end and the unit does the rest. The automated tray pivots to a vertical closed position doubling as the door of the DELUMPER’s fully enclosed hopper. A unique slide mechanism helps force the caked powder out of the bag and into the crusher for processing. When the operation is complete, the door opens to the horizontal tray position and the empty bag is then easily removed.
