This coating (aluminium and titanium nitride) gives to the blade a surface hardness of 3400 HV, this allow to work with cutting and feed speed 60% higher. The low coefficient of friction allows the blade to be used with excellent results even in conditions of minimal lubrication. COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION: 0,40 APPLICATION: Optimized for solid and tubes, hard steels up to 1100N/mm², stainless steels and cast iron on static and fly cutting machines.
