Arco measuring software is a complete metrology suite that can be used with • Coordinate controller measuring machines; • Robotic arms; • Laser Trackers and radars; • And most metrology devices. This software is compatible with all of our machines, and has received the highest certifications by the German PTB Metrology Institute. Quick This is the base version: it allows for measurement of prismatic elements through simple procedures, and can generate and execute complex measurement programs as well. Graphics This version adds a graphical interface to the QUICK module. This allows for visualization of measured elements, a graphical representation of mistakes, and graphical evaluation reports. CAD This is the most evolved product in the ARCO family, and allows for importing of IGES-defined CAD models. ARCOCAD allows for measurement of all kinds of free surface geometric elements. Through the system’s graphical tools, a measuring program can be generated quickly and easily. Offline This version allows for the creation of a measuring program through the CAD model alone, which can be done when the physical piece isn’t available yet. Probes can be selected, and cycles generated and simulated, thus shortening measuring time to the minimum once the piece is actually available.
