5362/L is a one part polychloroprene adhesive suitable for bonding leather uppers to leather soles, characterised by high green strength and long open time. As for good resistance to temperature, 5362/L is suitable for lasting operations. CHARACTERISTICS Composition : polychloroprene rubber and synthetic resins in a blend of organic solvents Mode of setting : release of solvent Colour : light yellow Solvents : esters, ketones, aliphatic hydrocarbons DATI TECNICI Solids content : 22- 26 % Viscosity : 2500 - 2900 mPa.s (Brookfield spindle 4 speed 50 a 25°C) Method of use Preparation of the surfaces: Leather uppers and leather soles: rough and brush. Application : apply by brush the adhesive on to both surfaces to be bonded. Drying time: allow to dry about 20 minutes so that the solvents can evaporate. Assembly: bring the two parts into contact and apply pressure of 3-5 atmosphere with 10-12 seconds dwell time. Bond strength gradually increases with time, reaching maximum value in 48 hours after bonding. Thinner: SOLVENTE AP STORAGE STABILITY 12 months in the original sealed pack stored in a dry place at a temperature range +5°C+25° C.
