Description

Description Z.Tex 226 is a concentrate natural rubber latex. After drying the film keeps permanently smooth, flexible and doesn’t stiffen the coupled materials. The low content of ammonia, hold as stabilizer, makes the product safe if during the use the normal precautionary measures are fulfilled. Applications Thanks to the maintenance of flexibility of the porous materials Z.Tex 226 is particularly suited for all the lining operations, such as the bonding of upper to lining and of reinforcement materials, in which is requiered high green strength. Characteristics Composition : natural rubber in water dispersion Mode of setting : by evaporation of water Colour : dispersion is white, turning transparent when drying. Technical data • Solid content : 61% pH : 10 • Ammonia : 0,3% Method of use Application: the glue usually is applied by brush, by a roller machine or by a spray device (nozzle 1,5-2 mm., pressure 2-3 bar) onto one side only. At least one of the adherends should be permeable to water. Drying time and Assembly: in one-way application join the parts at “wet” immediately after the application of the adhesive, before the filmation starts. The filmation time depends mostly on the porosity of the material. Initial bond strength and cohesion are very high. Storage stability 6 months in the original unopened container. The product is affected by frost. Keep preferably at a temperature range of +10°C+25° C.
