Description

Z. Tex 226 LE is a concentrate natural rubber latex. After drying the film keeps permanently elastic, flexible, with good cohesion and high tack at cold. The low content of ammonia, hold as stabilizer, makes the product safe if during the use the normal safety cautions measures are fulfilled. Applications Thanks to maintenance of flexibility of the porous materials Z Tex 226 LE is particularly suited for all lining operations, such as the bonding of upper to lining and on reinforcement materials, in which is required high green strength. Characteristics Composition : natural rubber in water dispersion Mode of setting : by evaporation of water Colour : dispersion is white, turning transparent when drying CHARACTERISTICS pH : 9 min. Viscosity : 600 -1400 mPa.s (Brookfield spindle 4, rpm 50, 25°C) METHOD OF USE Application: Z Tex 226 LE can be applied by brush, by roller spreader. Normally the application is one way. One side should be permeable to water. Assembly: Join the parts at “wet” immediately after the application of the adhesive, before the filmation starts. The filmation time depends mostly on the porosity of the material. Initial bond strength and cohesion are very high. STORAGE STABILITY 12 months in the original sealed pack stored in a dry place at a temperature range +10°C+25° C. The product is affected by frost.
