Z.Plast C 348 is a fast drying transparent PVA solvent based adhesive Uses • For bonding wood, cardboard, fabrics, paper, leather, felt, cork. • For assembling decorative frames on painted or unpainted wooden shutters and doors Characteristics Composition : vinyl resins and organic solvents Consistency : low viscosity liquid Mode of setting : solvent release Colour : transparent clear Packaging : cod. 1002792 200 gr. plastic bottles cod. 1102792 5 Kg. cans available on request Technical data Solid content : 40- 50% Viscosity : 2000 - 2300 mPa.s at 25°C (Brookfield RVT spindle 4, speed 50) Method of use Surface preparation: the materials must be dry and clean, free from dust and grease. Application and assembling: apply by brush or directly with the bottle provided with the neck a coat of adesive onto one of the surfaces. Join the parts and exert a proper pressure. Keep together for some hours. Setting time: nearly 24 hours, depending on the materials and on the size of the bonded surfaces.
