MS TECHNO is a one part, moisture curing high performance adhesive sealant based on MS Polymer™. Its high green strength and excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces make MS TECHNO suitable for durable high performance joints and elastic sealing. MS TECHNO shows all the characteristics of MS Polymer™ technology. • Solventless, isocyanate free. • Virtually no shrinkage, non slumping. • Flexible at low (–40°C) and high (+ 100°C) temperatures. • Odourless, neutral reaction, non corrosive. • Fast curing. • Compatible with many painting systems (test suggested before use). • Excellent adhesion to many substrates. • High resistance to ageing and UV radiation,suitable for outside and inside applications. • Pasty, fast setting. Typical uses • Assembling of insulated panels, partition walls. • Overlap and butt joints between plates, profiles, frames. • Bonding wood panels and profiles even painted, plasterboard panels, plastic laminate, uPVC to metal structures. • For bonding overlaps between metal sheets or metals and other surfaces onto which is not possible to realise weldings or mechanical fixing in building, means of transport, metal carpentry. • For bonding metal profiles (U) onto glasses, plastic sheets, metal panels in refrigeration industry, refrigerators, furnishing, means of transport. • Bonding and sealing of ventilation and conditioning ducts. • For assembling mirrors. • For bonding stiffening ribs onto metal sheet or fibreglass in structures subjected to vibrations or between materials with different thermal expansion. • Insulation and covering of containers. • For bonding wood and metal in door and window frames
