Wefts and knits for interlinings and more
Wefts belong to the knitted fabric group of products and are characterized by multiple loops of yarns, called stitches. They are produced through stitch formation of one or more thread systems. Depending on the bond or material, this process can create inelastic, mono-elastic or bi-elastic textiles.
Stitch reinforced nonwovens
To achieve increased stability in the length or machine direction, a stitched fringe is worked in the nonwoven base material . Depending on the used threads and finishing process, textiles with elasticity in warp direction can also be produced.
