They are especially suited for small numbers of punching operations. With punching yokes with a mandrel die, deformation-free punching is attained. Fixed mandrel dies are primarily suited for the punching of tube ends. For long sections or tubes, expanding mandrels are used. We apply them in CNC section and tube punch systems. For the mobile application, we developed the portable punching yoke. Due to its compact design and being light in weight, the transport to the site of operation is quick and easy. Currently, the portable punching yokes are available in two ranges of performance. Whether with 270 kN or 430 kN, both punching yokes work with Petig's hydraulic pump units with a working pressure of 550 bar.
