ASF 2 and 4 are small industrial systems to dry and mature cheese.
These mini chambers work on trolleys composed of grid levels that may be overlapped, with the following dimensions: 58x76x156H.
The capacity of the two-trolley model (AFS 2) is approximately 150/200 Kg while the one with four trolleys (ASF 4) is approximately 300/400 Kg.
All our mini chambers are equipped with components that are readily available on the Italian market and overseas and are furthermore equipped with a heat-recovery system, to enable significant energy saving over time.
Ventilation system:
These mini chambers are equipped with a forced ventilation system obtained by means of side ducts, which, through slits placed in correspondence with various levels of the trolley, convey “treated” air evenly onto the product.
Electronic control:
The control system is composed of a power panel controlled by a “user terminal” with a 4×20 character LCD screen and keyboard with 15 buttons.
By following the simple instructions of the tailor-made software developed for the terminals from our company, the user can control the system, set the parameters of three different operating modes (manual, semi-automatic, automatic) and all the other advanced functions (air exchange, work pauses, etc.).
