The Drop Tunnel, which is a machine that is completely designed and tailor-made for the customer, is ideal to cool and deep-freeze all small-sized loose products that need to be handled during processing in order to keep them from arriving agglomerated at outfeed.
The tunnel uses a parallel and opposite tiered structure that enables treated products to move along their path with little drops downwards in order to keep them from sticking and a carinated evaporator that permits forced ventilation on the tiers in order to evenly cover the products.
This machine is perfect for ravioli, tortellini, pelmeni, cannelloni, etc.

Handling is carried out by means of a series of tiers that, connected between them via a chain/pinion carinated system, carries a belt that creates an alternating tier by tier path, all powered by a single motor reducer.
The belt used is a low voltage modulating belt, which has the following characteristics:
· made of certified plastic material, it enables direct contact with loose foods;
· working temperature -40°C/+90°C;
· low friction coefficient, elevated resistance to wear and tear and traction ensure greater reliability and durability over time;
· the joining hinges, designed for the passage of detergents, guarantee superior levels of sanitation to standard ones;
· the belt surfaces are non-stick to allow perfect detachment of the product and residues during cleaning;
· the design is developed to eliminate/reduce marking of treated products.
The entire machine structure is made of stainless steel with special techniques to ensure maximum sanitisation during washing.
