The Frigo Impianti Bi-flow Tunnel is a very compact machine designed to be used in production lines that enable cooling and deep-freezing in very little time of all “thin and flat” products that must remain immobile on the belt during processing, such as hamburgers, etc.
This machine is also suitable for “superficial hardening” of a wide range of products that have undergone an injection process or that need to be sliced.
Technical specifications:
The characteristic of this machine is its ventilation system, which, through a series of bored-metal arms provided with directional conveyed air, placed above and below the belt, generate hundreds of high-speed air jets, which are equal and opposing, that cover the product uniformly, thus quickly cooling it and keeping it immobile during its whole passage.
Handling is carried out by means of a single belt supplied by a motor reducer.
The belt used is a low tension modular belt, which has the following characteristics:
• made of certified plastic material, it enables direct contact with loose foods;
• working temperature -40°C/+90°C;
• the low friction coefficient, elevated resistance to wear and tear and traction ensure greater reliability and durability over time;
• the joining hinges, designed for the passage of detergents, guarantee superior levels of sanitation to standard ones;
• the belt surfaces are non-stick to allow perfect detachment of the product and residues during cleaning;
• the design is developed to eliminate/reduce marking of treated products.
The machine structure is made of stainless steel with special techniques to ensure maximum sanitisation during washing.
