“COMPACT” spiral pasteuriser is one of the novelties of our company and represents a new generation of pasteurisers to treat fresh pasta, filled or otherwise, which leave the product visually unchanged.
Thanks to its “spiral” transport system, this machine is able to treat large quantities of products in a very limited space.
As opposed to common pasteurisers on the market that use saturated steam, COMPACT is equipped with a special technology that uses a ”mixture of heat and ventilated steam” as a source of pasteurisation. The machine is composed of a forced ventilation system for perfect product treatment and a special system, consisting of two steam heating coils and a mutually independent humidification circuit, that allows temperature and humidity control inside the pasteurisation chamber.
The belt speed, temperature and humidity are electronically adjustable by means of a digital control panel.
The end result of COMPACT use will be to obtain a quality product with a drier surface and a more ”natural” appearance, like before pasteurisation.
