Description

STERYcook30 STERILIZER AUTOCLAVE it is the ideal system for the sterilization of packaged food products. Built entirely in stainless steel, it is functional and intuitive; its build quality meets the very high standards that have always been imposed in Frigojollinox. The STERYcook30 is equipped with a tank that work totally autonomously and automatically. The tank allows you to sterilize food products as long as they are packaged in suitable food containers. It also allows you to cook products with a high liquid content (such as soups or stews) even under pressure up to 135°C. Ideal for sterilization of packaged products in containers which can sustain the high temperatures such as glass, plastic and cans. Ideal for cooking of meat sauces, soups and other products based on meat, fish, vegetable, fruit, truffle, legumes etc. It allow to: >sterilize up to 135°C with calculation of the algorithm F0, F100 and F71 >sterilize up to 135°C with manual setting of time and temperature parameters. >cook in atmospheric pressure up to 140°C >cook under pressure up to 135°C >fry >braise >cook/scald in water or other liquid at atmospheric pressure or under pressure up to 135°C >steaming at atmospheric pressure or under pressure up to 135°C
