The brine vat is used to perform the salting of spun paste products and cheeses (mozzarelle, caciocavalli, silani).
Made entirely of thick stainless steel AISI 304.
Equipped with:
> Stainless steel VAT with polished edges;
> total drain with ball valve;
> nylon rotating wheels on a stainless steel support.
In support of the tank is supplied a salt hydrometer.
