3D LABEL INSPECTION MACHINE The IE4000-IoT allows inspecting any type of labeling, at full speed of production and without the orientation of the containers. This system guarantees the perfect image of each single product and it monitors the performances of the labeller, alerting in case of anomalies before generating rejections. The system recreates the image of the labelling in a wholly automatic and repetitive way. The picture is based on a 3D model. As a result, there's the real image of the surface unwrapped on a plane. So it is possible to avoid the manipulation typical of traditional systems, which return distorted and unstable pictures because they're affected by the natural variability of the products in terms of shape and positioning on the conveyor. This system offers a set of standard analysis ensuring the compliance of all the most important features of the labelling.
