The brightness sensor HFA/A measures the brightness from 0-50 kLux by a photo diode and optional the temperature from 0...+50C. The transducer converts the measured values into a linear output signal 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The transducer has 4 different measurement ranges (0-0,5 kLux, 0-1 kLux, 0-20 kLux, 0-50 kLux) which can be adjusted by innovative DIP switch technology. The robust housing is specially made for outdoor applications. The brightness sensor is ideal for energy-efficient control processes, such as lighting control in offices or factory buildings.
