Description

The BAT-NEEFLCT series is a regenerative power supply testing system specifically designed for the electrical performance evaluation of high-power secondary batteries, automotive and energy storage power batteries. It is capable of performing a variety of tests, such as working condition cycle life tests, battery cycle life tests, capacity tests, DC internal resistance tests, charge/discharge characteristic tests, deep discharge tests, battery consistency tests, and multiplier charge/discharge tests. Furthermore, it allows for the integration of charge/discharge data monitoring. Current response <5ms, with a minimum operational duration of only 20ms: The data trajectory of an actual battery is highly volatile and fluctuates erratically. Consequently, it is of paramount importance for battery development and production to be able to replicate the functioning state of the battery in genuine road conditions in the laboratory stage. Nebula's energy regenerative charge/discharge test system has a minimum working time of only 20ms, which assists customers in constructing a real-time battery performance simulation test platform to simulate intricate road conditions and significantly reduce the risk cost in the battery development and production process. Compact size: The sixteen channels occupy an area of 0.4㎡, thus allowing you to make the most of your available space. The same area of land facilitates a greater capacity per unit. 6 major protection functions: 1. Voltage redundant design to prevent overcharge and overdischarge. 2. Up to 32 kinds of voltage and current line wiring anti-dumbing protection to prevent human error.
