Gas grill-marker suitable for small sized products (diced vegetables, mushrooms, sliced artichokes, etc.).
BRIEF TECHNICAL REPORT OF MAIN FEATURES
USABLE GAS - GAS CONSUMPTIONS :
· Machine is equipped with 2 burners (1 upper burner and 1 lower burner) with MICROFLAME.
· Burners can run both by using LPG gas (G30) and city gas (Methane - G20) - to be established at the order.
· Indicative consumptions are included between 3 mc/h (G30) and 6 mc/h (G20) - total average consumptions / hour
MARKING ROLLS TEMPERATURE :
· Temperature of marking rolls depends on gas arrival pressure the user has available on site.
· With the optimal gas arrival pressure of 60-65 millibar, roll temperature is included between 600° and 650°C.
· During production cycle, a entry gas constant pressure allows to keep temperature of rolls between 550° and 650°C
according to product to be treated.
PRODUCT MARKING :
· We remind that our gas GRILL-MARKER in not suitable to cook products but it only marks them with the typical “black
strips” of cooking on a grate.
· Marking with strips of the products is obtained by passing products between the 2 rolls; distance between rolls can be
adjusted according to thickness of products to be marked (from 0 to max. 80 mm.).
· Therefore, marking depth depends on adjusting of the distance between the rolls; of course, in order to obtain the best
result, once you have adjusted the roll distance, it is absolutely necessary that during the whole production cycle the
products to be marked have always the same thickness (for example: marking of “borretane” onions - onion diam. 20-30
mm. / all onions must have the same diam. or slightly bigger or smaller).
