Description

Automatic and semi-automatic lines with 2 or 4 lanes for the production of classical and Venetian style tramezzino sandwiches. This series of lines is highly customizable; with the possibility to add a system for the automatic rotation and cutting of the bread slices. •semi-automatic UNE 2 LA N ES for approx. 700 square sandwiches/hour (i.e. 1400 triangular sandwiches/h, after the eut) that offers the advantage to hâve an automatic filling of the stuffing sauces (mayonnaise and mayonnaise-based salads such as Russian Salad, tuna-fish sauce, etc...) so to speed the production and ensure to hâve always the same weight of the filled sauce onto each bread slices •automatic UNE AT 4 LA N ES for high production up to 2000 - 2200 square sandwiches/hour (i.e. 4000 -4400 triangular sandwiches/h after the eut), depending on type of stuffing and operator's speed. This line, in addition to the automatic dosing of sauces, allows to automate the cutting of the stuffed sandwiches which means of: . rotation System of the sandwich so to enter the automatic cutting machine Aul our lines are completely controlled by PLC. Possibility to integrate the line with automatic System for bread slices loading on the conveyor or slicers for ham/cheese. Availability of thermo-sealing or thermo-forming machines for the packaging.
