SINGLE SAMPLE COLLECTOR
Is essentially an accessory, to be placed near the sample extractor, which includes and supports the sample container (approx. 5 litre bin). It is used to collect in the bin all the samples coming from the sample extractor, which form the representative sample.
A simple adjustable locking system facilitates quick manual bin changes. The connecting element at the inlet of the bin protects against any spillage of product and/or dust. A sensor outside the bin monitors the filling status.
Optionally, an optical reader can be installed so that the supervision system can associate the code of the bin with the sampled batch, allowing it to be recognised and traced.
MULTIPLE SAMPLE COLLECTOR
Is a complete machine, to be positioned near the sample collector, which contains a series of containers (5 litre bins each) and manages their filling by creating finished samples in them.
In the multiple sample collector, the operator inserts the new pre-coded bins which the machine automatically fills individually with the product coming from the sample extractor.
A programmable computer coordinates and governs the sampling times, the number of samples, identifies in which bin the batch of product is conveyed and performs the bin change for the next sample. In this way, up to eight or twelve different samples can be extracted, identified, and stored before changing bins for further sampling. All this is done fully automatically.
Operator intervention is reduced to the safe removal of the containers holding the collected samples and the insertion of new empty containers.
