FEATURES
•Temperature of the product when entering the brine tank = 15ºC (depending on the product and the client)
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when exiting the brine tank = -11ºC
•Working temperature of the brine = -18ºC
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when entering the drying tunnel = -11ºC
•Temperature (in bone) of the product when exiting the drying tunnel = -22ºC (or another temperature according to the client´s needs)
