Galbiati Group designs and manufactures main and auxiliary gear drives for mills and kilns with rigid electrowelded housings; carburized and quality DIN 6 profile ground teeth; high quality roller type bearingssized for at least 100.000 hours full-load service; splash or forced-feed lubrication. Full speed – reduced load test checks that the temperatures, vibrations, noise level, pressure and oil flow rates meet the design values.
