OGALSA’s vacuum tumblers have the possibility to be set up with several maceration programs trough it’s HMI integrated system, this allows you to set a tumbler in a few minutes and forget about it until the work is done. It also has an studied helical paddle system that in addition with the vacuum system gives great absortion of the brine without battering the pieces, delivering a high-quality marinated meat Automatic vacuum maceration tumbler (made from AISI 304 stainless steel) Drive for the tumbler is from its rear, via a mechanical assembly of chains, pinions and motoreducer which power a central axle The vacuum value is adjustable. System of gentle massage of the product via helical paddle; reversing the rotation causes the product to be discharged. Tumblers with programmers: Parameter control via a PLC; values are introduced via a programming console. Memory with capacity to hold 20 programs Lid with hermetic closing and a filter to prevent the absorption of the product. Cycle control via push buttons (start, emergency stop,...) and luminous indicator. Automatic filter with a capacitive detector enabling continuous operation without having to stop for cleaning.
